While the BRV1 plans are comprehensive, we found the instructions for attaching the house to a block wall foundation a bit unclear. The living area is beautiful with its cathedral ceiling, but we had to make a few adjustments for storage as it didn’t quite fit our needs. Still, it’s a solid plan overall.
