The Rooke Tiny House plans are detailed, but I found some areas lacking when it came to customization options. I had to make a few adjustments on my own when it came to the storage layout in the living room. The plans do include great elevation and framing details, but a little more flexibility in certain areas would have been helpful. Still, the overall quality of the plans is very good.
