The Blue Jay Tiny House plans are excellent, especially if you work from home like me. The dedicated home office is great. The plans provide thorough construction details for the floor, walls, and roof framing, making the build straightforward. The loft design for a king-size bed is a bonus, with skylights and awning windows giving it a really bright, open feel.
