The Mill House

The Mill House was designed by architect Gert Wingardh. The house itself is mainly composed of glass, timber and concrete and is defined by the architect as ‘a manifestation of the ritual of sauna and sunbathing’.

The relatively small, luxurious house features floor-to-ceiling glass, exposed loft joists throughout, and is surrounded by a pool which is used for cooling off after using the homes sauna.

Unlike most tiny or small houses we see, a large amount of consideration has been given to the surrounding gardens, completing that harmonious atmosphere that the design required.
