The Blue Jay Tiny House has such a well-thought-out design. That parts of the design that immediately appealed to me are the patio doors and vaulted ceiling. The plans include clear instructions for everything, including the custom cabinetry and suggested electrical layouts. The only thing I wish the plans included was a bit more detail on alternative heating sources, but otherwise, they’re fantastic!
