The Blue Jay Tiny House plans are beautifully detailed. The kitchen layout is one of the best I’ve seen in tiny house designs—having a full-sized oven and plenty of storage is a big win! The plans provide great detail on every part of the build, especially the loft. I do think it would have been helpful to include more customization options for the office area, but overall, this is a really great set of plans.
